The Royal Hobart Hospital and Department of Neurosurgery is seeking interest from suitably qualified applicants for a Staff Specialist – Neurosurgery vacancy.

The Role In accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, the Staff Specialist - Neurosurgery will:Provide clinical services of the highest possible standard to neurosurgery patients.Actively pursue improved outcomes for Neurosurgery Inpatients by participating in teaching and research relevant to neurosurgery.Details of Appointment Permanent part-time day work (with on-call), working 22.8 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

Holds specialist registration; orIs a registered Medical Practitioner who is an International Medical Graduate (IMG) who is on the specialist pathway.Is a registered Medical Practitioner who is an International Medical Graduate (IMG) who has a recognised overseas specialist qualification and is assessed as having sufficient experience in the specialty.What do I submit with my application?
