Our isolation helps drive a culture of creation and human connection, which feels both old fashioned and… like the only future worth pursuing.Medical Practitioners (Public Sector) AwardA remuneration package comprising the Agreement base salary, relevant allowances and other entitlements will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on clinical experience and seniority.Base salary points range for Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1 at $210,000 through to Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 11 at $288,000 with further salary increments available.Please note that access to the Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner salary range $291,472 - $301,349 is subject to the successful applicant satisfying the criteria for Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1, 2 or 3 as outlined in the Medical Practitioners (Tasmanian State Service) AwardIn addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Provision of a fully maintained private plated motor vehicle (subject to working full-time hours for at least three years) OR allowance in lieu of motor vehicle currently set at $27,535 pro rata per annum, paid fortnightly (with CPI indexation on 1 July each year).Continuing Professional Development Allowance of $16,000 pro rata per annum pro call allowance % of Base other allowances as per current subject to approval from the Private Patient Scheme Committee (PPS), 35% of Base salary plus on-call, pro rata) of additional payment will be paid from (PPS).
