You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:Mentor, coach and supervise consultants to support their achievement of service delivery, customer service and billable minimum threshold.Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks) Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.QualificationsA qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.Registration/Accreditation with either AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA or AASW.
