This role involves reviewing budgets, KPIs, risks, and remediation strategies while ensuring alignment with organisational directives and strategic objectives. The Specialist will participate in working groups, integrated project teams, and governance forums, contributing to risk management, program assurance, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include providing expert input on policy, program risks, and funding proposals, building positive stakeholder relationships, and supporting operational preparedness. This role is ideal for specialists with an Air Force – Air Mobility background, project and program management skills, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to driving organizational success.

What will make you successful in this role? The ideal candidate is:

Energetic, with a strong desire to drive initiatives forward.A strong communicator, ideally within military contexts.Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.Comfortable working with sensitive information.Respectful of Defence process and culture.Previous ADF experience (SNCO, Officer), Defence Australian Public Service (APS) experience is highly advantageous.How to apply Recruitment Agencies/Headhunters:
