About the RoleJoin HelloFresh's procurement tech team, a vital part of our supply chain management (SCM) organization, responsible for sourcing the ingredients for our delicious recipes. You'll work on a greenfield project, developing a new supplier relationship portal to enhance communication and efficiency between purchasers and suppliers. This portal will track supplier performance, ensure accountability, and provide a comprehensive dashboard to score suppliers on key metrics. What You'll Do
Improve Integration: Enhance consistency and integration between services within your team's software and across different domains.
Strategic Influence: Shape your team's technical and business strategy through insightful contributions to priorities and approaches.
Solve Architectural Challenges: Lead efforts to identify and resolve architectural deficiencies that hinder innovation.
Design Leadership: Conduct and participate in design reviews, heavily influencing and writing critical-path code.
Collaborate: Engage in pair/mob programming, discovery workshops, technical spikes, katas, and code reviews.
Maintain Standards: Uphold high standards in engineering practices, focusing on quality, reliability, scalability, and customer focus.
Deliver Value: Use agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices to provide incremental and continuous business value.
Continuous Improvement: Apply best practices and methodologies to continuously enhance your craft.
Mentor and Grow: Mentor and develop other engineers through coaching and group exercises.
What You'll Bring

Advanced Architectures: Prior experience in domain-driven design and event-driven architecture is a plus.
Relevant Experience: Logistics or supply chain management experience is beneficial but not essential.
