This role is also accountable for overseeing our student placements and GradPlus program. This position requires working with and supporting managers in achieving excellence in care delivery, and contributing to the Hospital quality improvement processes in an effort to shape organisational strategy, improve procedural service provision and achieve Hospital strategic objectives.
About You Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of AustraliaMinimum of 5 years post graduate nursing experienceRelevant management / leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to effectively apply adult learning principlesUnderstanding of accreditation process in relation to education portfolioProven ability to work effectively in a team environment & independently as requiredEffective communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer literacy in MS Office programsPost grad qualifications or experience in EducationCertificate IV in Training & AssessmentPrevious experience in an educational capacityAbout Our Hospital Owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Australia's largest and most respected private hospital operator, Waverley Private Hospital is a 98 bed acute/surgical facility located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
