These roles are offered as fixed term part-time or full-time appointments.The successful applicants will be expected to fulfil all the clinical and clinical support activities including participation in the after-hours on-call roster across all Mater campuses as required. Demonstrated high levels of skill and recent practice in high-risk obstetrics and a broad range of adult anaesthesia are mandatory. Experience and skill in regional anaesthesia, perioperative medicine and acute pain management are desirable, as are experience and skill in education, research, and quality assurance activities. Experience and further education in health care management will also be considered.Salary: The Staff Anaesthetist role is remunerated as per the Mater Medical Officer Agreement (Mater offers at or above Queensland Health salary and remuneration).
