As a respected community pillar, Vinnies WA is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals facing challenges in Western Australia through established community support services including emergency relief for essential items, financial services and counselling, mental health services and homelessness support.
Our Fundraising, Partnerships and Philanthropy team plays a crucial role in driving vital funding for these community programs and services.
About the Role Thispermanent full-time role reports to the Manager, Strategic Fundraising, Partnerships and Philanthropy, located in our modern office facilities inCanning Vale and eligible for hybrid work arrangements.

You have demonstrated success in:
Driving revenue growth in the non-profit sector through diverse fundraising income streams End-to-end grant management, including effective prospect research, pipeline establishment and management through CRM Delivering effective grant applications to help drive new revenue growth Maintaining and developing current funders through effective acquittals and progress updates Managing work priorities with a focus on financial results while upholding ethics and professionalism Meeting high-performance goals and outcomes Your skills and experience include:
Experience in a fundraising or development role in a not-for-profit, social impact, or community services environment A demonstrated and proven track record of achieving revenue targets Demonstrated success in researching, investigating, preparing and acquitting grant applications with a proven track record of achieving targets Proven ability to build strong relationships, with a strong track record of achieving targets within set timeframes and resources Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently Strong collaboration skills across internal teams to achieve optimal outcomes Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) and a valid Driver's License
