Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time About the role This is a fantastic opportunity to join the St Vincent de Paul Society Northern Territory team as a Retail Operations Manager.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail stores across the Northern Territory, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be based in our Darwin office, with the ability to work remotely as required.
What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations Analyse store performance data and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the wider team to support the organisation's strategic goals What we're looking for Significant experience in retail management, preferably within the not-for-profit or charity sector Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities A keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and utilise data A passion for providing exceptional customer service What we offer At St Vincent de Paul Society Northern Territory, we are committed to supporting our employees and creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
