The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our leadership team in the areas of Finance, HR, and Governance.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for queries and will provide comprehensive end-to-end administrative support.
Additionally, the role includes providing cover to Personal Assistants as required during periods of personal and annual/long service leave.
About You: Organizational & Time-Management Skills : Proven track record of maintaining exemplary organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and long-term projects.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills that enhance interactions with internal and external stakeholders, evident from the first meeting.
Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Suite, enabling immediate contribution to projects without requiring additional training in these areas.
Proactive Approach : Demonstrates a proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate the needs of Directors, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they escalate.
Fast-Paced Environment : Previous experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in roles that involved reporting and managing the daily operations of multiple Directors.
Multi-Director Support : Experience in supporting more than one Director simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization, delegation, and multitasking under pressure.
