*Permanent- Full time position* Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher's Aide with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to join our team. The role of the Teacher's Aide works as part of a holistic team across K-12 to support students who have been identified as having specific learning needs.
Key Responsibilities: Support students by implementing learning adjustments, in consultation with the classroom teacher and the diverse learning teacher. Provide scheduled in-class support within an inclusive learning environment. Provide physical assistance to students in the areas of mobility, eating, and personal hygiene, both within the school and during off-site activities. Supervise and support students during scheduled breaks. Assist with exam/assessment provisions (e.g., reader/writer). Organise specialist equipment/aids and assistive technology as required. Attend excursions and outings as required. Qualifications: Certificate 3 or 4 in Education Support. Ability to use technology in a variety of formats. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. This position involves working with children.
