The ICT School Support Officer Role contributes to the overall mission of CEM by supporting and maintaining the ICT needs of Australian Christian College (ACC) - Marsden Park - a K-12, co-educational, Christian School, located in the thriving North West corridor of Sydney, in a semi-rural setting which is experiencing sustained growth and is targeted for fast-tracked development. ACC Marsden Park currently has over 1300 students learning with us on-campus and over 700 students learning via our Distance Education program. We are actively growing and have a strategic plan in place for our exciting future. The role will be based on-campus at ACC Marsden Park, providing onsite support to the students and staff, reporting directly to the Group ICT Manager. This full-time role will commence as soon as possible.ResponsibilitiesProviding general support to end-users and solving their computing problems in a timely manner or effectively triaging their issues.Supporting software and applications, telecommunications and data services for the school.Assisting in maintaining CEM's ICT infrastructure, equipment and facilities.Management of user accounts within the various online learning platforms.Providing ICT support to the Group ICT Manager across the CEM Group.RequirementsYou'll be comfortable with our key end-user systems:Google SuiteApple Mac and i OSMicrosoftCanvasJamfAnd our key back-end systems:Microsoft Windows ServerLinux ServerAruba LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking and TelecommunicationsYou're solutions-focused and have an ability to complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
