About this role
The central role of the Years 10-12 Secondary School Coordinator is to facilitate the effective operation of the college for secondary students in accordance with the strategic plans of NT Christian Schools and Sattler Christian College, under the leadership of the Principal and the direction of the Deputy Principal. The Secondary School Coordinator must champion the implementation of a quality Christian educational program and serve in the leadership team to achieve organisational goals. As a member of the leadership team, work to deliver both the NT Christian Schools Strategic Plan and Sattler Christian College Annual Action Plan, while engaging and supporting students, staff and the broader community.

For the purposes of upholding the Christian ethos of our schools, it is a genuine occupational qualification of this role that applicants be able to teach religious education, lead, and otherwise assist in, religious practices and observances and personally adhere to, uphold, and authentically model the religious beliefs of NT Christian Schools.
