St Anthony's is seeking an experienced and highly competent administration assistant to support our wellbeing team.
The successful applicant must have:
Extensive Administrative Experience: Proven track record in relevant administrative roles, showcasing your ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as strong inter-personal skills including the ability to work effectively with children and young people, parents/carers, teachers, and professionals in the education and health systems. Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Attention To Detail: Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively to group efforts. Educational Experience: Background in an educational setting is highly regarded but not mandatory. Professional Practice: Demonstrated capacity to reflect critically upon their own professional practice and apply the knowledge, skills, and expertise derived from ongoing professional learning. Catholic Ethos: Understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the School. Child Safety: Be familiar and comply with all requirements of Child Safety, policies, and legal responsibilities concerning the safety, care, and wellbeing of all students. Confidentiality: A must. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Be empathetic to individuals that are neuro and culturally diverse and consider the inherent dignity of every person. Experience with NCCD preferable. Applicants must have:
