The Project Manager's position will involve overseeing selected projects in conjunction with our management team including:
Contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims. Providing knowledge and advice on technical matters. Project administration, client, service authorities, subcontract & resident liaison. Developing client relationships. Preparation of tenders and quotations for review. Material takes off, ordering, authorizing invoices, monitoring and project costing. Developing project related project management & safety management plans.
