What You Will Get To Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, Risk, Quality and Complaints to join our team in the superannuation administration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering incidents, ensuring control assurance, and maintaining high standards in quality and complaints management across multiple clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to upholding a positive risk culture.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Risk Managers and business in executing the incident management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Administer the control assurance program to ensure compliance with the risk management framework. Prepare reporting and analyze trends in incidents, quality assurance, and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Support the Complaint Managers and business in executing the complaints management process including monitoring of due dates to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management within the organization. What You Will Bring:
Experience in risk management, quality assurance, or complaints handling within the superannuation or financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to the audience. High attention to detail. Knowledge of superannuation and systems.
