The role
Reporting to the Vice President & Managing Director, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks.
The role includes:
Provide administrative support to include calendar and inbox management Coordinate and organise travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation Event coordination such as conferences, sponsorships and workshops Expense management Organise meetings including setting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes/actions and following up on actions Provide assistance as needed to the Vice President & Managing Director and other executive team members as needed.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
5+ years' experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field will be highly regarded Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Integrity and a team player Strong organisational and planning skills High level proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of the Defence Industry is an advantage Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance.
