Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Liaise closely with Collection Coordinator to deliver pathology service. Training including competencies for SRA and Courier in timely manner. Responsible for ensuring robust and effective recruitment and onboarding practices are in place for SRA and Courier Team Members. Complete rostering in timely manner for SRA and Courier. Investigation and resolution of missing specimens, delayed results etc. Conduct regular reviews of courier runs and SRA to ensure that they are operating efficiently.
