Job DescriptionNBCUniversal is looking for a Special Events Senior Coordinator to join our Studio Operations Marketing Team in Universal City, California!
In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop, plan, execute, and promote small-scale Special Events and promotional shoots on the lot.
What You'll Do: Oversee scope of small-scale events and shoots with clients, various departments, employees, and vendorsCoordinate all details of events and shoots including initial inquiry, site-visit, proposal, client budget, strategic layouts, and on-site operational managementPartner with third party vendors and internal departments, to oversee execution and final billing on events and shootsAccommodate press activity on the lot for internal and external customersOrganize and maintain department forms, documents, maps, diagrams and photo/video assets in company digital shared drivesAssist with answering the Special Events phone and responding to email inquiriesProvide administrative support such as managing event calendars, TrackVia reports, drafting agreements, COI collection and obtaining contract signaturesAssist with capturing events social media contentAttend networking events to build and maintain client relationshipsQualificationsLet's Talk About You… Communicates with ease – You have a way with words; written and verbalImpeccable attention to detail – You bring customer requests to life by managing schedules and deadlines.
