Assisting a dynamic reliability engineering team, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies, plans, and processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability issues. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will conduct reliability testing and provide technical guidance to facilitate the team and stakeholders. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you'll work out of our Orange, TX location.
