As a Senior Field Service Technician , your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) Configuration, diagnoses faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g.
HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
Minor project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant.
Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces.
Estimates materials costs and quantities.
Key Experience & Capabilities: 3-4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential.
DDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems.
Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.
Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.
Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
Commissioning experience: Knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant.
