Roles and Responsibility: Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs. Lead a team of Business Analysts to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements. Translate enterprise clients' needs into clear and actionable project requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all members updated in project progress. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery. Oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and testing activities. Negotiate contracts, scopes, and expectations to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties. Effective communication is crucial for understanding client needs, explaining complex concepts, and maintaining clear, ongoing communication. Skill Requirement: Requirements Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other requirements management software. Data Analytics Tools: Knowledge of data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Collaboration and Communication Tools: Effective use of communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Workflow and Process Mapping Tools: Familiarity with tools for workflow and process mapping, such as Lucidchart or Draw.io. 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of managing enterprise clients and leading teams. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a strong advantage. Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/BCA/MCA
Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
