This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in our Customer Support Operations Team supporting business leaders and project managers. We are looking for someone with the following traits:
Analytical mindset Eagerness to collaborate Willingness to learn Curiosity Attention to detail The role will help develop and manage SFDC dashboards, Tableau automation, tracking pipeline metrics, and assist with Territory planning and driving strategic initiatives.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in: Document business requirements for IT staff Experience using Power BI tool Propose effective approaches to solve business and technical requirements/problems Review business operations, identifyopportunitiesforimprovement, and collaborate with others to complete. Collaborate with leaders and decision-makers to design and implement solutions. Offer recommendations throughout this process and propose corrective solutions to help the company better align with its organizational goals. Support teams throughout this process and may oversee, UAT, change management, and offer consultation on the adoption and integration of their solutions.
