The Division of University Operations consists of dedicated professional teams providing essential people, financial, infrastructure, and corporate functions for the University. Receiving broad direction, the Senior Analyst, Strategic Projects will work closely with leadership teams and key stakeholders across the University to develop and execute identified strategic projects. This is a critical position responsible for ensuring timely and budgeted delivery of project milestones, focusing on achieving business outcomes for the University.
This role will work with a degree of autonomy and provide support in managing and driving key strategic initiatives, delivering critical business outcomes, and ensuring organizational success for strategic projects across the University.
To be successful you will need: A demonstrable track record in project management and prior experience in influencing and managing teams for complex transformation initiatives.Experience in managing projects in the higher education sector.Possess a deep understanding of finance processes and financial compliance requirements in government and higher education institutions.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business issues into innovative and workable solutions that meet business needs.Enjoy an outstanding career environment The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
