The Role
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to be responsible for the resourcing needs of Squadron Energy (SQE) and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Performance, the primary goal is to source and attract top talent that aligns with SQE's purpose, vision, and values through innovative sourcing methods, understanding market trends and potential talent gaps, and implementing leading talent strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the ongoing development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy, identifying key metrics for talent acquisition objectives, including employee value proposition. Partner with Managers providing strategic advice on workforce planning to understand current and future resourcing needs. Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Hiring Managers to meet the overall people strategy and objectives. Manage the recruitment process cycle, from candidate attraction through to selection and onboarding. Add value through innovative sourcing methods, understanding market trends, potential talent gaps and implementing leading practice talent strategies. Manage the performance of the team and provide regular feedback and opportunities for development. About you
You will have:
Significant experience in managing and delivering a strategic recruitment process. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, and/or business-related disciplines or demonstrated experience. Demonstrated in-house recruitment experience ideally in the renewables/utilities sector. Ability to drive and enhance recruitment processes and update the business on best practice initiatives and innovation. Experience working with various testing platforms (e.g., Psychometric) to assist with our decision-making process. Excellent communication skills and strong networking capabilities. What's on Offer
