About Our ClientThe Data MigrationSQL Developer role focusing on:Stakeholder collaboration for business needs and requirements analysisDevelopment of migration framework, tools, and reports on migrated dataData cleansing activities including masking, extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliationInterface development for business users to view migrated/archived dataJob DescriptionAnalysing Data Migration requirementsBuilding SQL ETLs (Scripts, Stored Procedures, Functions)Using ETL tools for data transformation and loadingData profiling and cleansing of legacy dataDefining technical architecture and migration strategiesExecuting data migration runs and ensuring data qualityImplementing Source Code Security tools (GitHub, etc)Creating Technical Detailed Design Documentation (JIRA, Confluence, etc)The Successful Applicant10+ years experience in MS SQL, Oracle, and Informix databasesStrong proficiency in MS SQL coding, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server ETL technologiesFamiliarity with GitHub, Visual Studio, Visual Code, and other Source Code Security technologiesExpertise in Data Analysis, ETL, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling, and Data Migration techniquesExperience with large datasets and scripting using PowerShell and T-SQLExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with data migration to MS DynamicsAgile Methodologies and Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
