The Opportunity:  As an SQL Developer at BildGroup, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our SQL Server, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement changes, integrations, and improvements to our technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:  Develop SQL Server solutions to enhance and support our Vista ERP application.
Monitor and optimize database performance.
Manage the full lifecycle of changes and enhancements through stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, development, testing, and deployment.
Extend our IT ecosystem by developing integrations with other applications.
Develop and maintain reporting platforms using Microsoft's Power suite, including Power BI and SSRS.
Assist with ERP configuration changes (screens, workflows, reports).
Manage development and test instances of databases, including promotions between environments.
Oversee release management, including change communication, training, and adoption of ERP, dashboard, and reporting changes.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:  Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Vista preferred), including functionality, configuration, and reporting.
Certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working closely with ERP systems, preferably within the construction industry.
At least 5 years of experience in SQL Server development and maintenance.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A positive and proactive mindset.
