Verse Group is seeking an experienced SQL Database & Server Contractor to join our clients team on a contract basis.
This is a critical role responsible for managing the performance, security, and integrity of our clients Enterprise-Level SQL Database & Server Infrastructure. As a SQL Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting the company's mission-critical applications.
WFHMining & Resources ClientExcellent Daily RatesImmediate Start AvailableThe Job Expertise in managing and optimising Enterprise level SQL Server both on-premises and in the cloud.Implement solutions like Always On Availability Groups, SQL Clustering, and Geo-replication.Monitor and optimise queries, manage indexing strategies, and allocate resources for optimal database performance.Utilise tools like Spotlight, SQL Server Profiler, Azure Monitor, and third-party solutions for proactive monitoring and swift issue resolution.Design and implement robust backup solutions, including point-in-time recovery for critical data systems.Strong knowledge of database security best practices, including encryption, role-based access control, auditing, and compliance.Work with the Infra team for server and database upgrades.At Verse Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
