The Role Casual to Permanent Role! We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our Spudshed team located at either Jandakot or Bentley Stores (other store locations may be offered at Spudshed's discretion!) At Spudshed we value our employees and their growth within the Company, so ongoing training and development is offered to the successful candidate!
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as having excellent leadership skills to assist in training and developing new team members. Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!
Responsibilities Customer Service Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support staff, be the point of call for any service-related issues. Night counting duties as required. Supporting our customers' needs through excellent service. Help create and support a positive team culture. Assist Management by developing your team and ensuring correct housekeeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills, with confidence in decision making. Availability and ability to work weekends, no roster restrictions! To be successful in this role you must be customer-focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent department standard.
