Spring Professional on behalf of this successful national property group, have an opportunity available for an experienced Centre Manager or Senior Retail Manager in Canberra.
This group operates nationwide across Australia with a large portfolio of property assets including shopping centres. This opportunity involves managing a unique retail precinct which was recently refreshed and revitalised in 2023 to offer a unique food offering for Canberra residents. This three-hectare venue has recently been transformed into a bustling space and has a large variety of shopping and dining options.
Key Responsibilities: Critical retailer management including debtors Relationship and operational management of retailers Team management and recruitment of additional centre staff Maintaining positive relations with retailers, customers, suppliers, and local government Responsibility for the overall performance of the property Assessing the performance of retailers and identifying opportunities to improve sales Monthly reporting to management team Competitor/market research Work closely with the national team on centre strategy and development plans To be considered for this opening, we are seeking candidates with experience as a Centre Manager or high performing Retail Manager with exposure to operational management of retail assets.
