Roadmac Pty Ltd is a new spray seal company that operates in Western Australia.
We are part of the Raubex Group that has more than 50 years' experience in the road construction industry.
We are focussed on strong team culture and on providing our employees a safe and energetic work environment.
Roadmac is growing fast, we are therefore looking for an experienced supervisor that can help build our business and execute our projects to a high standard.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and supervise our projects, to collaborate with our engineers as well as clients, to manage the quality and safety of our projects to a high standard and to maintain a strong culture within the site team.
Key responsibilities include:Supervising the day-to-day operations of a spray seal crew which includes daily prestarts, SWMS, works planning, site inspections, toolbox meetings and client liaising.Ongoing logistics management including quantifying of bitumen and aggregate requirements, plant and equipment mobilising, personnel transport and consumables management.Communicating with other supervisors, project engineers, mechanics and the client to ensure the project runs smoothly and transparently.Manage workmanship to high quality standards.Daily record keeping of works.Adhere to HSE requirements and have a strong sense of duty of care in all aspects of the project works.Interpreting and applying project specifications and drawings.The successful candidate will:Have 5+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman in the spray seal industryHold a Construction Induction Card (White Card)Basic computer skills - Microsoft.Tertiary education is not required but would be beneficial.The role is based in Western Australia's regional areas and is offered on a permanent basis.
Interstate candidates will be considered.
