An exciting opportunity exists for a Spray Painter to join TE's carefully selected and skilled workforce in Paget on a full-time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
Select and mix paints and coatings to ensure proper consistency and colour match.
Operate spray painting equipment such as airless sprayers and pressure pots to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
Apply coatings to a variety of surfaces including metal structures, equipment components, and vehicle bodies.
Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity to optimize paint application and drying.
Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting equipment and work areas.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Certificate III in Painting / Panel Beating.
· Driver's License
· High Risk Licence – LF (Forklift)
· Operate a Gantry or Overhead Crane - RIIHAN305D
· Conduct Lifting Operations - RIIHAN203E
· A strong commitment to safety, continual improvement, and Company policies and procedures.
· Current 'right to work' in Australia.
