Immediate Start Available Training Provided View to permanency Quest Personnel is a national recruitment company who are currently seeking Spray-Painter Operators for the Welshpool area. This thriving organisation is a leader in its market space. With a location in Welshpool, WA we are looking for Spray-Painters who are keen on working a day shift. This work offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and training will be provided. Location: Welshpool, WA Roster: Monday to Friday - (Approx. 38 Hours per week) 6:00am to 2:30pm Pay Rate: $30 per hour + Penalties In this role you will be: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mix and match paint colours to specifications. Operate and maintain spray painting equipment safely and efficiently. Apply paint evenly and accurately to large mining radiators. Monitor drying times and apply additional coats as needed. Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while working. To be successful in this role you will need: Experience as a spray painter is preferably but no essential. Familiarity with painting techniques and equipment, including airless and air-assisted spray systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
