Job Title: Spray Painter/Panel Beater We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our team at East Coast 4x4, a small, family-owned business in the Gladstone Region.
About Us: We specialise in rebuilding off-road 4x4 vehicles, focusing on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity: Perform panel beating and spray painting on Toyota and Nissan 4x4 vehicles, as well as all other vehicle types.Carry out general repairs and resprays.Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.Ensure high-quality finishes, adhering to our standards of excellence.Contribute your personal input and new ideas to enhance our processes.About You: You will have a minimum of 2 years of trade experience.A positive and genuine attitude, along with a strong work ethic.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.The capability to work unsupervised and follow instructions as needed.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Salary and Benefits: The starting hourly rate is between $36 and $43, commensurate with experience and quality of work. We offer competitive pay rates well above the award for the right candidate, and we are open to discussing higher subcontract rates for individuals who demonstrate exceptional skills, potentially exceeding $120k in earning capacity.
