Supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations throughout the business Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets for your department Build your department team to deliver exceptional customer service, modelling our inverted triangle structure Lead by example and communicate management expectations High volume stock management Merchandising inline with business expectations Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set ups throughout your department Assist in recruitment and training and development functions throughout your team High volume stocktakes and Stock integrity initiatives to increase the profit of your department What we're looking for from you:
Retail Management Experience is a must High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is preferred Having an Owner's Mindset in your leadership style A passionate attitude that inspires the team to exceed goals Experience in Development and Performance plans A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management Strong verbal and written communication skills First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense When you join SPOTLIGHT, you will be joining the Spotlight Retail Group (SRG).
