About the Role Do you have a passion for sports? Whether it's Golf, Darts, Table Tennis, or eSports, we have an exciting opportunity to join our 3rd Party Team and work across a range of thrilling sporting events! In this role, you'll play a key part in managing 3rd party supplied products for various sports, ensuring smooth operations during both pre-match and live trading. You'll work closely with a collaborative and goal-oriented team with a strong focus on operational excellence and can contribute to the growth and evolution of our products.

Responsibilities Include: 3rd Party Supplied Feeds: Work with feeds from external suppliers to manage the day-to-day operations of various sports, through both pre-match and live trading. Product Ownership: Great opportunity to help grow and evolve individual sports. Live In-Play Monitoring: Manage and monitor live trading across multiple sports simultaneously, honing your ability to react quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment. 3rd Party SLA Management: Set, track, and report on Global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the smooth operation of our product offerings. Reporting & Performance: Assist in performance tracking, providing updates against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and success. Global Collaboration: Leverage the expertise of our global counterparts to support the growth and expansion of our sports offering. Risk Management: Collaborate with the risk team to monitor and manage liability positions, ensuring optimal risk management across events. We don't expect anyone to walk in the door and know everything at the start, so we take our training seriously and make sure that the successful candidate is well supported. This role is a hybrid position that has ability to work from home a few days per week; however, at the start of your role, we require most days to be in the Melbourne office to help with training and onboarding.
What we'll need from you: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking capability, and the ability to problem solve. Ability to stay organised and efficient, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders globally and locally. Display resilience and initiative, while acting with a high level of integrity. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, analytics, finance, accounting, or related field OR strong ability & interest in doing math-related problems.
