No Limits Sports (NLS) is the leading provider of sports coaching in Australia. It has a proven track record of success across a wide range of sports and activities. We cater for all age groups and all abilities. We cater for all sports in all locations nationally.
We are looking for a Sports Administration Officer to come on board for 20-24 hours per week (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) and join the team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the business manager, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to hitting KPIs and targets for Vacation Care. This role is office based in the Sydney CBD.
Start Date: 18th November 2024
End Date: 24th January 2025
Qualifications & experience
Sports coaching/playing experience Paid Working with Children check Sports Administration background (preferred) Proficient in IT (word, excel, CRM)
Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director) Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports. Admin duties include managing CRM, documents, email, and phone contact with staff and clients. Focusing on Vacation Care programs - confirmations, staffing and equipment organisation. Working closely with the National Business Manager.
Remuneration:
$30 per hour (minimum 20-24 hours per week)
