With our continued growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sport Performance Coordinator who shares our passion for high performance and organisational excellence to join the team.
The Role As OWIA's Sport Performance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering world-class operational and performance support to drive peak athlete success at World Cups, World Championships, and the Olympic Winter Games.
This position is one of three Sport Performance Coordinators within the OWIA Sport Performance Team, a group dedicated to leading our sports with excellence, respect, integrity, and a holistic approach to supporting athletes and coaches to Win Well.
In this role, you will work closely with coaches, athletes, and performance services staff to ensure the seamless execution of training and competition activities while identifying and addressing athlete needs. The role requires a deep understanding of high performance sport to successfully collaborate with coaches and individual athletes, providing constructive feedback and offering alternative perspectives to ensure optimal athlete development and outcomes.
Success in this position relies on your ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, fostering high-quality training and competition environments that enable athletes to achieve peak performance and medal outcomes.

The successful applicant will be an innovative thinker, team player and have a proven track record of successfully achieving quality outcomes.
A solid background in sport is highly desirable, and success in this role will rely heavily on your interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
