We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behavior, including spending habits, event attendance, preferred channels, and content consumption. Our insights help clients grow their audiences and revenues, both direct to consumer and business to business. Trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon, we are almost 1000 people based out of 14 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. With a pioneering rights-sales capability, we successfully market the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights holders and record impact for brands. Departing from the traditional sales agency model, Two Circles Rights Management provides each client with a dedicated team that services rights holder sales requirements. Clients gain access to specialists in Research & Analytics, Creative Services, and Project Management, supporting experienced corporate-facing Sales Leads who execute deals with brands and broadcasters globally.
We have led and closed over $1.2bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women's Football, the All Blacks, Mercedes F1, ICC, AC Milan, and Chelsea.
We have a wonderful opportunity to join our Rights Management team in Melbourne in a senior sales leadership role. Reporting to our Managing Director, Sponsorship, this role will be responsible for leading a world-class sales team that delivers some of the largest deals in sport with the world's most premium rights holders, while also supporting the acquisition of new rights and enhancing the scope across all Two Circles clients. We're looking for a proven sponsorship sales professional with leadership credentials and the entrepreneurialism, intellect, and rigor to excel in our business.
In addition to leading a high-performing sales team and support functions, you will nurture and develop our talent, manage and build trusted relationships with C-Level executives at key global rights holders and brands, and importantly act as a conduit between sponsorship and consultancy, technology, and content teams.
