Role DetailsThe Sponsorship & Partnership Manager will play a critical role in helping the South Australian Museum to deliver a range of projects, programs, and activities through the development and implementation of strategies to secure funding and support from various sources. The role will cultivate and maintain relationships with key supporters and potential sponsors and partners to attract cash and in-kind support. It will collaborate with the Museum's Executive and Leadership teams to align funding with the Museum's strategic objectives and coordinate and prepare funding and sponsorship proposals and grant applications and organise cultivation opportunities and events.
Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate and grow the Museum's sponsorships and partnerships.Engage with supporters to deliver the Museum's strategic goals.Special ConditionsThe Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.Some work outside of normal hours will be required.This role requires a National Criminal History check.Some intrastate and interstate travel may be required.About the BusinessThe South Australian Museum has been committed to making Australia's natural and cultural heritage accessible, engaging, and fun for over 165 years.
