If you're a natural communicator with a knack for building relationships and a hunger to elevate systems, we'd love to hear from you.As the Spirits Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything—from crafting exceptional spirits to ensuring the smooth running of the distillery, all while embracing the Territory's unique flavours and resources.What You'll DoProduction & OperationsDistilling: Conduct precise distillation runs, recording data digitally to ensure consistent quality.Bottling: Oversee the entire bottling process, meeting production targets while ensuring efficiency.Maintenance: Care for and maintain equipment, and manage the installation of new systems when needed.Inventory & Order ManagementMaintain optimal stock levels, avoiding shortages through regular checks and accurate forecasting. Coordinate wholesale orders and ensure smooth, cost-effective transport across the NT and interstate.Compliance & SafetyLead workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to WHS standards and maintaining a zero-incident workplace.
