Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join The Shoe Group in our IT (Information Technology) team in the National Support Centre based in Gilman, Adelaide.
The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will define and document business requirements, model business processes, define and document IT functional specifications, and coordinate user acceptance testing. You will contribute to the successful design and development of solutions, analysis activities for new business processes, reporting, and operational process improvements.
Areas of Responsibility
Engage stakeholders to model current and future business processes with clarity. Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications to validate conclusions. Analyse requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements across various business domains. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Assess financial and operational impacts of proposed changes. Participate actively in implementing approved changes to achieve desired outcomes. Design, test, and deploy reporting analytics to empower decision-making. Document solutions to enhance supportability and usability. Maintain a strong customer focus throughout solution design and delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
