Our client, a growing provider of healthcare services, is seeking dynamic and dedicated Speech Therapist to join their vibrant team.
This role offers flexibility, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work with diverse participants across the lifespan (0-65) with both physical and mental health needs.

Due to recent growth within their Allied Health division, they are looking for an experienced Speech Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary team.

As a not for profit organisation, they are focused on providing high levels of care and support to the community and working with a range of physical and mental disabilities to promote individuals' wellbeing and livelihoods.
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy assessment, intervention, and evaluation for NDIS participants.Deliver speech and language therapy clinical practice through direct care, applying evidence-based practice and policy.Educate, support, and collaborate with participants, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.Work within the community visiting schools and homes, servicing NDIS participants across the lifespan.Provide a positive image for the organisation and work in line with their core values. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy and current SPA registration.Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.Current Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.Proven experience in working with individuals with disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, families, and carers.Strong commitment to dignity, respect, inclusion, and empowerment of participants.Skilled in evaluating functional needs and providing advanced clinical advice to peers.Experience in supervising assistants/support staff and contributing to quality improvement and research activities is desired.
