Speech Therapist

About the roleAbleKids Therapy Services are looking for passionate speech therapists to join our team. The role will involve:Assessing, developing and implementing interventions and programs for children and young adults with developmental delays and disability.Providing goal-oriented plans with measurable outcomes.Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on client progress.Working in a culturally sensitive manner.Servicing a varied, largely paediatric, caseload.Teaching and supporting Allied Health Assistants.Working in a range of settings, including clinic, homes, schools, telehealth, and childcare centres.Experience and qualificationsFull relevant education and registration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Western Australian Working with Children Check and WA Department of Education provider screening/NDIS provider screening.Be eligible for Medicare provider number.C Class driving license.What's on offerManageable caseloads and planning time/administration time included in position.Regular professional support and mentoring provided.Competitive salary dependent on experience.Supportive interdisciplinary team.Professional development encouraged and supported.Rewarding and meaningful role.Experienced and graduate positions available.Multiple positions available.
