You will work with a reduced caseload and deliver customized Speech and Language pathology services with a person-centred approach, provide clinical guidance, optimize client plans, and foster team development, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, integrating input from families and caregivers.
In your role you will also handle assessments, gather information, and generate reports for NDIS compliance.
To maintain excellence, you will stay updated on therapy developments, establish clinical standards, create resources for enhanced customer experiences, and conduct routine quality assurance audits.
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team SPA membership Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license and own vehicle Interested in this position or know someone who might be?
