Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide range of services, including a Family Medical Clinic, Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and Group Classes, Skin Cancer Clinic, Remedial Massage, and Occupational Therapy.
We provide eight fully equipped consultation rooms and a rehabilitation exercise studio, ensuring practitioners have the resources they need without the burden of long-term rental fees or overheads.

Your Opportunity We are now looking for multiple Speech Therapists  to join us on either a  full-time or part-time  basis in  Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.
You will be primarily responsible for regular outreach trips to remote communities and closely collaborating with individual's families and key stakeholders to deliver client centred care to both adults and children experiencing a range of disabilities.
Your caseload will predominantly be NDIS with additional private and aged care clients.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Conducting speech, language and communication assessments, considering the cultural needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities Documenting patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress with cultural sensitivity Delivering tailored speech pathology services using culturally appropriate therapies Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, respectful care Participating in team meetings to adjust treatment plans as needed Being flexible and adaptable in supporting the healthcare team What You Need The successful candidate will require current AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration along with at least 4 years of prior experience as a Speech Therapist.
It is also deemed essential that you have prior experience working with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people within a remote or regional community.  NDIS experience will be highly regarded.  We are ultimately looking for dedicated Speech Therapists who are polite, considerate and thoughtful of others.
As a successful candidate you will need to build and nurture strong long-term relationships at all levels, striving to understand your clients' personal needs, goals and wants, and consistently exceeding them.
Candidates who show leadership potential and the ability to mentor more junior Speech Therapists will be at a distinct advantage.  Benefits The successful candidate will receive a  competitive salary PLUS super and additional benefits!
