An exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate Speech Pathologist, who has a keen interest and desire to work alongside our clients, using therapy to assist them with their goals.
Join our team in Spearwood, Maddington or Midland!Our 2025 Graduate Program includes:12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way!Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work-life balance.1:1 huddles fortnightly, giving you an opportunity to ask any and all questions and make sure you are on the right track, providing personal and clinical support.Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.Teams with high levels of fun and culture.Key responsibilities:Complete onboarding learning modules (as a new grad, we don't expect you to know everything, and we will support and show you the way).Commence clinical sessions both in the community and clinic setting with NDIS Participants, making a difference in their lives.Working collaboratively with an MDT team.Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.The Successful candidate must have:A degree in Speech Therapy, Graduating in 2024.Eligible for AHPRA registration upon completion of relevant degree.Current Australian driver's licence.Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including booster shot.Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check.Working with Children Check.Concentric Perks:A generous remuneration package with additional incentives.Flexibility with work hours.A comprehensive, structured clinical mentoring and continuing education program which is tailored to suit your level of experience.Weekly learning interaction with other experienced allied health professionals.Career pathways with a promote from within culture.$1000 annual allowance towards professional development and 2 days of study leave.A structured social events calendar with your team including monthly 'Fun Fridays'.Employee Resource Groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.Access to our Employee Assistance Program and app which offers free coaching & counselling sessions to help you manage life, career, family, finance, and provides bite-size exercises to improve your overall wellbeing.Apply NOW, or call Brooke on for more information.
