Speech Pathologists - Graduates to start in Jan/Feb 2025We actively look for a couple more graduates to join Tashacare in making a difference in the lives of our clients and deliver on the purpose of why we exist – our clients.

That's why we've designed a comprehensive graduate program that will provide our grads with the skills, knowledge, and experience to become a confident and competent working with a variety of clients.
About our Graduate Program Our Program provides:
Gradual increase in billable hours over 6 months to build confidence and develop skills without concerns about KPIs.One hour per week supervision with your team leader of the same discipline.Professional development budget of 2 paid days and $5000 per year per person (renewed on July 1st).Extra hour of external group supervision to discuss clinical questions and learn from experts.Shadowing experienced therapists in different settings and with various clients.Support and practical advice for managing your own clients in line with our wait list and client needs.Flexible working arrangements including working in our Northcote clinic, in the community, and from home.Experience work-life balance with your choice of start and end times (8 to 4, 9 to 5, 10 to 6).About you You are passionate about making a difference in the community and in the lives of people with disabilities, looking for a grad position to start in Jan or Feb 2025.
You are graduating in 2024 or have started your grad year and it's not working for you.You are looking for a supportive environment.You want to be part of our Grad group to learn and grow as a team.You want to gain experience working with a mixed caseload before deciding if you want to specialize.You want the variety of working in a community setting.You want to improve our clients' independence through your long-term commitment and relationships.You have your own car to work with our clients in the community.You thrive on working with others; their success is your success, and you want to develop in a multidisciplinary organization.About us As a NDIS Allied Health provider, Tashacare is a collaborative, motivating, and engaging place to work.
