You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education and Support Services team;
Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practiceDevelop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvementRecognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customersEnsure clear customer documentationWork collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the teamActively participate in staff supervision processFor those with experience, the opportunity to support other staffParticipate in student placementsBe solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirementsQualifications and experience: Bachelor or Masters of Speech PathologyCurrent membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaSafety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening CheckIf you would like to learn more about this role, we would love to hear from you!
