We deliver services in regional, rural and remote locations of Far North Queensland, with office locations in Cairns, Weipa, and Thursday Island.
We are committed to increasing and improving Allied Health services to NDIS participants and private clients within the Western Cape Region.
We specialise in the areas of: First Nations People (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) Rural and Remote Service Delivery NDIS Service Delivery – providing Support Coordination and Plan Management Services Allied Health Service Delivery – Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Physiotherapist – through our Western Cape Hub (Weipa), servicing surrounding local communities.
Position Description: In this role you will work collaboratively with NDIS participants, private clients and stakeholders to deliver person-centered services to enhance participation and independence, empowering people to live a full life and achieve their speech and language goals.
We are looking for someone with experience in the delivery of speech pathology services within a disability sector context, with the ability to develop individualised strategies and clinical management plans that are responsive to the person's needs and in line with their goals.
You will have a positive attitude and be adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of clients, NDIS and the organisation.
Throughout your work you will build on delivering a tailored service, and where challenges arise, you will approach them collaboratively, in partnership with families, carers, teachers, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience: • Current AHPRA Registration • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology • Minimum 12 months experience working in a Speech Pathologist role • Criminal History Check • Yellow Card • Blue Card • First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete • Current Australian Driver's License • Cultural Awareness Training or willingness to participate Job Type: Permanent – Full time After Hours Requirements: No Salary Information: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Qualifications) $85,000-$110,000 About Weipa: Weipa is a vibrant and sustainable coastal community of approximately 4,000 people, located on Albatross Bay on the west coast of Cape York Peninsula.
It sits about 800km from Cairns.
